Any student applying to Brother Rice who exhibits academic and character excellence, and attends the annual Catholic Leadership Conference or Leadership Training Classes may qualify for a $500-$1,000 award for his freshman year. Students must apply for this award.

 Financial Aid

Brother Rice does not want the cost of tuition to discourage applicants from applying. Therefore, Brother Rice does offer a number of grants on the basis of need only. Applicants must be admitted at Brother Rice before they can be considered for financial aid. Families must apply for financial aid through the Private School Aid Service (PSAS). Every effort is made to ensure that qualified students are not turned away for financial reasons.
